Hello! PAY is the free app from Hello bank! that enables secure payment transactions in stores and online. By signing the "Evolved Direct Channels" contract directly within the app, users can access a variety of features:

• NFC Payments: Users can make payments in stores using NFC technology with Mastercard and Maestro debit cards, authorizing transactions via fingerprint or PayPin, even when offline, for any amount within the card's or account's limits. To enable this feature, simply select "Pay NFC" on the app's home screen, choose from available cards, and confirm using your fingerprint or PayPin. For expedited in-store payments, you can set your preferred card to "Unlock & Pay" (in Card Management - NFC Settings) to allow payment directly at the POS after unlocking your smartphone.
• Real-Time Money Transfers: With BANCOMAT Pay®, transferring money to contacts and splitting restaurant bills is seamless. If the recipient is already registered with BANCOMAT Pay®, transfers occur in real-time, 24/7. Additionally, users can send donations to Telethon or other ONLUS organizations supporting scientific research and non-profit projects through BANCOMAT Pay®.
• Card Security Customization: Users have full control over their Hello! Cards and Hello! Mat debit card. They can suspend and reactivate operations, disable online purchases, limit transactions to specific countries, and more.
• Parking Payments: Through Smarticket.it, users can pay for parking and subscriptions in blue zone areas of participating cities directly from the Hello! PAY app, ensuring security and convenience. This service is currently available in Rome, Bologna, Turin, and Lucca, with plans for expansion to other major Italian cities.
• Online Purchases with Masterpass: Users can scan QR codes from their PCs and pay using fingerprints or PayPin. Additionally, you can link frequently used browsers for an even quicker checkout process.
• Account Management Features: Users have options to modify credit limits, view and edit card shipping addresses, PINs, account statements, and request duplicate PINs if forgotten.
• Real-Time Transaction Monitoring: Users can view real-time transactions across all their credit, debit, and prepaid cards.
• Loyalty Card Virtualization: All loyalty cards can be virtualized within the app for easy access during shopping, allowing for instant NFC payments.

Please note that Hello! PAY can only be installed on one device for security reasons. If you configure it on another device using your access credentials, it will automatically disable on the first device along with any digital settings or cards.

You can join the service directly through Hello! PAY. Existing Hello bank! customers should download the app, sign the contract, and start using it immediately.
